Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will ship via priority mail or ups ground unless other arrangements are made. Orders are sent with delivery confirmation guaranteed to the address provided. Hempest.com cannot bear responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Signature confirmation is possible by request (simply type "signature confirmation" in the comment section of your order) and suggested for larger orders & orders to apartment buildings or unsecured areas. 

International orders will ship via US Post, and may require additional postage. In the event that more postage is required, we will notify you by email. Orders will not be charged or sent until confirmation of additional postage is received. International shipping is guaranteed as far as customs in the receiving country, unless arrangements are made for express shipping. Hempest.com cannot bear responsibility for customs or duties charges that some items may incur.  Hempest.com cannot bear responsibility for loss or theft of international packages after they reach customs in their destination country, unless arrangements are made for express shipping. 

return policy

Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges ( re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Please understand it is necessary to charge a restock fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. This is done so we can continue to bring you the best possible selcection of hemp clothing. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear for any reason. Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please understand that much of the inventory we order is in very limited supply and orders can only be made on a bi-annual basis. For this reason we sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges. Thanks for your cooperation.

exchange policy

Items may be exchanged once (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges ( re-shipping charges for exchanged items).

holiday return and exchanges

Orders placed Between November 25th and Dec 16th will recieve an extended return/exchange policy to Jan 1st. Orders placed after Dec 16th will be subject to the normal 14 day policy.
